It’s the Lite variety in a lighter size. In fact, it’s so light and portable it’s amazing it doesn’t fly away. That’ll truly be the day pigs fly. For now, grab this yummy single when you want to enjoy low-fat taste as a snack, in a sandwich, or on a salad.

Hadn't eaten Spam in years, tried it recently on impulse, then tried Spam Lite. Original is quite salty, Lite tastes more like ham and is not too salty for my taste. Few variant food products improve in the originals but for me, Spam Lite does, on the basis of taste, not just nutritional info.

For the previous comment. Does spam lite also help for getting a new wife?

Has a great feel to it when you microwave it and fits nicely in a bagel. Helps forgetting an ex wife.

With the temps coming down ahead of Fall, it's finally time to make my family's favorite, SPAMdy Corn. It's a simple recipe of shredded (with a cheese grater) SPAM, lightly fried, with a can of sweet corn kernels. I usually add it into a pot with ditalini pasta, a can of tomatoes, and your choice of beans for a taco soup/chili. Hopefully your family loves it as much as mine and maybe you throw your own spin on it. It's great for parties, too!
