Ingredients
- 2 (12-ounce) cans SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can Cheddar cheese soup
- 6 cups frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes, thawed
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 (4-ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (14 to 16-ounce) jar pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups shredded pizza cheese blend
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the potatoes, soup, egg, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking pan.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add the SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey, onion, and mushrooms.
- Cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle hot potato crust with 2 cups cheese.
- Top with SPAM® mixture and remaining 2 cups cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Cut the pizza into squares.
