SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored Tacos are a delightful fusion of flavors and textures, perfect for a quick and exciting meal. Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 small flour tortillas, lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded daikon
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • Cilantro sprigs
  • Lime wedges
Directions
  1. In small bowl, combine oyster sauce, wine, ginger, chili flakes and brown sugar. Reserve.
  2. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored pieces 3 to 5 minutes, or until browned and crisped. Add reserved sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until coated. Remove from heat.
  3. Spread tortillas with mayonnaise. Top with sauce covered SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored pieces, daikon, kimchi and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
