- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored, cut into 9 slices
- 1 (10-ounce) package Hawaiian sweet slider buns, lightly toasted
- Sriracha mayo
- Coleslaw; recipe follows
COLESLAW
- 1 (14-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Cut each slice of SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored in half. Cook in skillet 3 to 5 minutes or until browned on both sides.
- Spread desired amount of sriracha mayo on cut sides of buns.
- Fill each roll with 2 SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored slices and 2 tablespoons coleslaw. Cover with bun tops.
COLESLAW
- In bowl, combine coleslaw mix, bell pepper, and scallions. In separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, garlic, and ginger. Pour dressing over coleslaw. Mix until combined.
