Ingredients
- 2 (12-ounce) cans SPAM® Figgy Pudding, sliced cubed or cut into strips
- Suggested accompaniments: Assorted cheese and crackers, dried apricots, dried oranges, grapes, pickles, olives, herbs and nuts.
Directions
- In large skillet over medium heat cook SPAM® Figgy Pudding pieces 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Assemble all ingredients on a large serving board.
