SPAM^® and Jack

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. Jack found a can of SPAM® Classic and made a SPAM® and Jack sandwich for him and Jill to enjoy. He used irresistible pretzel bread and beer mustard. They both washed down the sandwich with their pail of water.

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, sliced 1/8 inch thick (4 slices)
6 ounce Monterey Jack cheese
4 tablespoons giardiniera, chopped finely
4 teaspoons beer mustard
Loaf of pretzel bread (8 slices)
2-4 tablespoons butter

Directions

Cook the SPAM® Classic until crispy and browned on both sides.
Make a sandwich using pretzel bread. Top with cheese, chopped giardiniera, and mustard.
Cook the sandwich on a griddle or in a pan on medium heat with melted butter to melt cheese and toast sandwich.
