Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 (12 ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- In large bowl, mix butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs.
- Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in SPAM® Classic and butterscotch chips
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonsful about 2 inches.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
- Cool slightly, remove from baking sheet. Cool on wire rack.
