- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon gochujang
- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Gochujang Flavored, diced
- 3/4 cup purchased Korean BBQ bulgogi sauce
- 4 cups hot, cooked rice
- Suggested toppings: Bibb lettuce, sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, kimchi, sesame seeds and gochujang sauce
- In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and gochujang. Reserve.
- In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook diced SPAM® Gochujang Flavored 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and crisped. Stir in bulgogi sauce. Cook 1 minute or until heated through. Remove from heat.
- Serve rice and SPAM® Gochujang Flavored mixture in individual serving bowls with suggested toppings. Drizzle each with reserved mayonnaise mixture.
