I use the low sodium spam and I use Cauliflower for rice and we love it. I also use a bag of frozen mixed veggies and it comes out great. It's a good quick meal when you are in a hurry.

This is very good! We can't find the teriyaki spam so we use the regular spam and it's delicious. We've used chicken instead but came back to using spam. We recommend this!

I'm not a fan of SPAM abut this dish is good to have not often but once a month or every other month . I've also made it using chicken and adding water chestnuts with peas and carrots .
