Ingredients
- 8 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons butter room temperature
- 8 ounces Brie, sliced
- Two large peaches, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Less Sodium , thinly sliced
Directions
- Prepare grill for medium high heat.
- Griddle SPAM® Less Sodium to golden brown each side, about three minutes per side. Set aside.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. Assemble sandwiches starting with bread butter side out, Brie, cooked SPAM® Less Sodium, smear of honey mustard, topped with bread butter side out.
- Place sandwiches on the grill. Cook till bread is toasted golden brown and cheese melts, roughly three minutes per side.
